How sessions work

Counselling gives you, or your child, a calm and confidential space to talk. Sessions focus on understanding what is happening, building coping skills and finding practical next steps. For children, parents are involved where helpful. Counselling can be combined with homeopathic care when Dr. Mathur feels both would help.

What you share in sessions is kept confidential. For children, we agree with parents at the start how information will be shared, while keeping the child's safety first.
